This section describes how to use the specialized financial utilities included in Voyager Workstation Admin. You can use these procedures to rebuild and verify your financial-transaction information if your general ledger account or budget totals are out-of-balance or inconsistent with your charges, receipts, and journal entries. You can also apply prepayments and credits, and recalculate your resident/tenant deposits.
