This section describes how to manage Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) and Welfare-to-Work (WtW) transactions.

This chapter describes how to manage transactions specifically for the FSS and WtW programs. If appropriate, you can use these procedures to manage other resident services programs that resemble the FSS and WtW programs. If you are unsure whether or not it is appropriate to do so, refer to the specific guidelines for the resident services program. If needed, consult your HUD or PIC coach.
