Tenant Credits

This procedure applies credits (negative charges) to outstanding tenant charges by creating a zero-dollar receipt. Credits remain unused on the ledger until you perform this procedure.

To automatically apply credits during monthly posting, load the “Monthly Posting Apply Credits” optional parameter. (OptMPostApplyCreditsSS.pkg).
