Recurring payables are repetitive expenses of a fixed amount. Voyager allows you to set up a recurring payable record that acts as a template to generate payable invoices at the appropriate time. When you want to create the invoice, you simply post the recurring payable. Recurring payables are not reflected in financial reports and do not affect the G/L until you post the recurring payable.
