Printing Reports

There are several ways to print a Voyager report:

l	Click the Internet Explorer print button.

l	Right-click the report screen and select Print from the shortcut menu. See “Printing from Internet Explorer without a Print button”.

l	Click the Crystal Reports Viewer print button (for reports displayed in Crystal Report Viewer). See “Printing from the Crystal Reports Viewer”.

l	Save the report in Excel or CSV format, open the report in Excel, and print the report.

l	Save the report as a PDF file, open it in Adobe Reader or an Adobe Acrobat product, and print the report.

Printing from the Crystal Reports Viewer

Voyager uses the Crystal Reports Viewer to display some reports. These reports are identified by a Powered by Crystal logo above the top-right corner of the report. To print one of these reports, click the print button . When the Print dialog box appears, follow standard printing procedures for Windows and your printer.

Printing from Internet Explorer without a Print button

If you are viewing a report in Internet Explorer and no Print button is visible, right-click the report and select Print from the shortcut menu. When the Print dialog box appears, follow standard printing procedures for Windows and your printer.
