Posting Journal Entry Batches
Posting a journal entry batch updates property financial records. After you post a batch, the journal entries in the batch become individual records. The batch will no longer exist. You can review individual journal entries, and you can unpost all journal entries in a batch, but you cannot edit them.
To post a journal entry batch

Ensure that the Declared and Entered fields match. If they do not match, you must modify the amounts in the Declared fields or edit the batch.

Click Report. The Unposted Journal Batch report appears. The Control # field displays a link to each journal entry in the batch.

Click Post. Voyager asks you to confirm posting.

Click OK. Voyager displays a confirmation message.
