Monthly Posting

Monthly posting does the following for all residents or tenants of the specified property with a status of Current, Notice, or Evict:

l	Creates charges for all current lease charges, including rent

l	Creates tax charges for lease charges tagged taxable that have an associated tax amount and charge code

l	Updates the Rent field on the Resident or Lease screen for rent increases scheduled through the Lease Charges screen

l	Updates the tenant worksheet and, if overages and CAMs have been posted to the worksheet, processes the charges (tenant-based commercial property management only)

l	Updates the Monthly Charges Last Posted field on the Property Control screen

Voyager updates the Monthly Charges Last Posted field in the Property Control screen when you create a monthly posting batch, and the change remains even if you later delete the batch.
