Use fixed charges to post a charge of the same amount for each resident or tenant in a property or group of properties. Post a fixed charge as a flat amount, or as a percentage of the resident's or tenant's monthly rent. When you post fixed charges, Voyager posts the charges and produces a Fixed Charge posting report. Fixed charges are posted for residents or tenants with a status of Current or Notice, but not for those with a status of Future, Past, or Evict.
