Deposit Interest Reports

There are three types of reports that are available for deposit interest. These are analytic reports, deposit interest liability reports and others.

Analytic Reports

If you want to view any of the analytic reports, select Residential > Deposit Interest > Deposit Interest Analytics.

Report Name	Description
Unposted Interest Calculation	Displays deposit interest that was previously calculated.
Previously Posted Interest By Batch	Displays the deposit interest journal entry, by batch.
Deposit Interest Transaction Register	Displays journal entry, charge or payable information for deposit-interest transactions.

Deposit Interest Liability Reports

Deposit Interest Liability Summary	Residential > Deposit Interest > Reports > Deposit Interest Liability Summary	Displays a summary of deposit interest amounts by resident, including the current accrued amount and the uncalculated amount.
Deposit Interest Liability Summary By Batch	Residential > Deposit Interest > Reports > Deposit Interest Liability Summary By Batch	Displays a summary of deposit interest amounts, by batch.
Deposit Interest Liability Detail	Residential > Deposit Interest > Reports > Deposit Interest Liability Detail	Displays deposit information and transaction information for each resident.
Deposit Interest Liability Detail By Batch	Residential > Deposit Interest > Reports > Deposit Interest Liability Detail by Batch	Displays deposit information and transaction information for each resident, by batch.

Other Reports

Rule Report	Setup > Deposit Interest > Rules > Rule Report	Displays the deposit interest rules and properties associated to each rule.
Deposit Interest Distribution	Residential > Deposit Interest > Reports > Deposit Interest Distribution	Displays the amount of interest distributed, by resident, including current deposit information. You can view the resident ledger from the report.
Undistributed Deposit Interest	Residential > Deposit Interest > Reports > Undistributed Deposit Interest	Displays by resident calculated deposit interest which has not been distributed.
Deposit Interest Paid Summary	Residential > Deposit Interest > Reports > Deposit Interest Paid Summary	Displays the amount of interest distributed, by resident.
Residents with No Anniversary Date	Residential > Deposit Interest > Reports > Residents with No Anniversary Date	Displays residents without a date in the Anniversary field on the Deposit Info tab on the Resident screen for the property associated with the deposit interest rule.
Deposit Interest Calculation Reversals	Residential > Deposit Interest > Reports > Deposit Interest Calculation Reversals	Displays the original journal-entry control number and new journal-entry control number for deposit interest calculations that were reversed.
