Changing the Status of an Image Batch
Batch status determines whether a batch is available for attaching to a record or payable batch. Voyager automatically changes the status of an image batch to Ready when you click Done in the Batch Management screen, making the image batch available for attachment to a record or payable batch. It automatically changes the status to Closed when you attach the image batch to a record or payable batch, making the image batch unavailable for attachment to another record or payable batch.
