Voyager typically applies prepays automatically when new charges are created. This section describes how to apply prepays in situations where Voyager does not apply them automatically. Some prepays must be applied manually; others can be applied with the Apply Prepayment feature. You can also apply available prepays to an unpaid charge through the Charge screen.
