Reviewing, Editing, and Deleting Scheduled Charges
You can edit one scheduled charge at a time. If you want to edit identical scheduled charges that apply to multiple owners, such as a property-wide trash fee, you can expire the current charges and add new charges. For more information, see “Adding Scheduled Charges to Multiple Owners”.
To review, edit, or delete a scheduled charge

From the side menu, select Condo/Co-op/HOA > Review Owner. The Owners filter appears.

Complete the filer as needed and click Submit. The Owner screen appears.

Click the Scheduled Charges tab.

Click the Edit button in the row corresponding to the scheduled charge that you want to review. The Update Fee/Charge screen appears.

The fields on the New Fee/Charge screen are identical to the fields on the Update Fee/Charge screen.
